1.材料都在这里了,简单吧~

2.鸡蛋清加入白砂糖,用手动打蛋器打至白砂糖融化即可,这个时候蛋清液出现大粗泡~

3.打好的蛋清加入两勺奶粉,继续搅打均匀(没有可以不用加,这是我额外添的步骤)~

4.加入椰蓉搅拌,椰蓉要多加一点儿~

5.再加入玉米淀粉(没有玉米淀粉可以直接用低筋面粉代替,口味一样的)~

6.切拌好的椰蓉面团~

7.手上沾少许面粉,然后用刮刀挖一小团在手上,揉成小球~手上沾面粉是为了不黏手~

8.做好后放入烤盘~

9.根据自家烤盘的性能灵活掌握火候和时间,烤至表皮带点黄色时基本可以出炉了~

10.味道不错,我加的糖也不多,清甜口味,很适合做茶点呢~
